Wear proper court shoes only -- no street shoes, sandals, or black-soled shoes on the courts.
Be respectful to all players, staff, and spectators at all times.
Keep noise levels reasonable -- especially during organized play and tournaments.
Wait for play to stop before crossing behind occupied courts.
Return all borrowed equipment (paddles, balls) after your session.
No food or drinks (other than water) on the court surface.
Report any court damage or safety hazards to staff immediately.

Court bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time.
Booking slots are in 60-minute increments.

Open play sessions follow a paddle-in/rotation system for fair court time.
Games are typically played to 11 points, win by 2, during busy sessions.
All players must sign in at the front desk before joining open play.
Skill-level sessions are designated -- please play in the appropriate session for your level.
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but pre-registration is recommended.
Open play fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.

Tournament entry fees are non-refundable after the registration deadline.
Refunds before the deadline are subject to a processing fee.
Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled match.
All tournament matches follow official USA Pickleball rules unless otherwise stated.
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.
Tournament schedules are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

All players participate at their own risk. A waiver must be signed before first play.
Players under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver.
Dinky Promise Main is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
First aid supplies are available at the front desk. Alert staff of any injuries immediately.
Protective eyewear is recommended for all players.
